Strawberry Loves, Lemon Loves
Fleeting loves, Eternal loves
Beloved star of the south...
Tell me where my heart must go.

BREEZE
Your kisses taste like a cool summer breeze
And my hair dances as it brushes your cheeks.
Kiss after kiss, the summer breeze ruffles our hair.

COMPLICES
My eyes are lost in the poppy.
Your eyes in mine.
My hands caress it.
Your hands desire accomplices, they don't resist.

Laskiaf Amortegui: is a poet, narrative writer, radio broadcaster, translator and editor of poetry, voice-over poetry and booktrailers. Author of the novel ‘La Jaula De Las Mariposas’, which tells the story of five women and their environment. It is one of the best-selling works of its genre on Amazon. When it comes to writing, she faces her rival: dyslexia. In That Summer

In that summer it was not hot, 

your warm hands did not accompany mine.

It was a strange summer, 

with desperate butterflies, 

fleeing to another season!

You Say

You say that we are, 

sometimes that we are not.

Then, what are we?

If one day I am, 

and the next day I am not.

And if I am, 

it doesn't look like it.

Remember: I am safer, 

knowing what I am not!

Laskiaf Amortegui is Colombian llanera writer, student of Radio locution and Journalism. The letters together with her family are her loves and passions to face every existential challenge. Author of the novel "La Jaula De Las Mariposas", with a dramatic tone that tells the story of five women and their environment. Her main goal in writing is to move the reader, just as she enjoys writing stories, she longs for them to do so by reading her. When it comes to writing, she faces her greatest rival: her dyslexia, but in the end, if it weren't for her, she would not be a writer, and her mentor who encouraged her to publish her lyrics, which have generated her triumphs and recognition at a global level international. His writings have been published in Latin America, Europe, Asia and Australia. She also recites poetry on the radio: Sentires de España and is a cultural ambassador and belongs to CIESART.
