1-

I drowned out my inner desires

In the underwater stream.

It fell like a snail's shell

The dead rhythms of nomadic thought!

2-

I wake up suddenly in the middle 

of the night,

And ask in terror, who?

I peep out of  the window 

and notice, nobody 

The Moon of the desert is sitting on the  leaves.

3-

You offered noise

I drank it as nectar

Making my heart bleed

Now I became blue-throated.

An Unfelt Promise

Love is an invisible force

Whoever burns feels life

An unfelt promise

who tells everything 

In a silent way!

Feelings 

Passion know we see

The best and most beautiful things in the world

It cannot be seen or touched, 

But 

The heart only can feel!

□

Hide and Seek 

I want to blossom into a beautiful memory 

in your heart

With the toras of the blue sky

I want to play hide and seek, and get lost

A lonely night, when a tired mind wants to rest

Will you respond with your hands outstretched

I'm tired and want to rest today, by your side!

Poetess Rajeshri Senapati Gogoi from Assam is working in Dibrugarh University as a UDA in the Office of the Statistician. Previously, She worked as a teacher for seven years. Writing Poems and articles are her hobbies and now it became a passion. Her Poetry book is "Kabya Anubhutir Dippunjo." Her another two books are on the way for publish "Kabya Trisha" Poetry and "Skanda of the archipelago,  The shine." Presently, she is  related to some Facebook literary works where she is engaged as moderator and Admins. Till now few honour of respect has been given to appreciate her workings. These awards are Kabya Nandini Tittle 2022, Kabya Perona Sahitya Sourav 2022, Sahitya Sadhana 2021, Kabybhumi sahitya Perona 2021, Sahitya Sourav Sanman 2023, Seuji Sahitya Sanman 2022 etc. Moreover, she involved in some social works. She is translating Bhagavad Geeta. She has translated poems for different writers in two groups.
