Five Sainos on Tree by Khemlal Pokhrel

English Sainos [7-8-9] in Free Verse Rhyme Scheme by Khemlal Pokhrel

A tree has roots to stand with
A root has soil to suck all foods
For the existence of the whole tree.
A tree has leaves as clothings
To make chlorophyll with sun's rays
Making food for self and whole being.
A tree may have robust trunk
To stand proudly on the surface
Helping humans to build industries.
A tree in whole helps a lot
It takes carbon, gives oxygen
That helps mankind to live life supreme.
Let's ponder how we depend
For our own existence from trees
Can we say, we can do without them?
